It is not too late to sign up for the 2019 DRHS Screamin’ Eagles Marching Band! If you did not attend our family meeting on April 30th, please review the handbook here. The final two pages (family commitment form and information form) are due to Mr. Ford by June 8th with the $125 deposit. Please email Mr. Ford at Dylan.Ford@jeffco.k12.co.us if you have any questions.

Congratulations to the DRHS Symphonic Band who earned a Superior rating at the CBA Regional Concert Band Festival on Friday 3/8! The ensemble is one of thirty two ensembles invited to perform at the CBA State Concert Band Festival in April– well done!

Wonderful job to the DRHS Jazz Band for their fantastic performance at the 2019 Mile High Jazz Festival! The ensemble earned straight “Superior” ratings from the adjudicators and then had a wonderful clinic. Also, four of our students earned “Outstanding Musician” awards: Samuel Mills, Cole Gibson, Ryan Flanagan, and Jacob White. Way to go, DRHS Jazz Band!

Congratulations to the DRHS String Orchestra and Chamber Orchestra for their fantastic performances at festival this week! Both orchestras received “Superior” ratings — way to go!

The tentative summer calendar for the 2019 DRHS Marching Band/Color Guard is now posted on the “Downloadable Calendars” page under the “Calendar” tab above. The full season calendar will be published at our marching band family meeting on April 30th.

It was wonderful to talk to so many 8th grade students/families at the DRHS Information Night on January 10th. If you were unable to attend, please click here to view the information night flyer.
